We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Graphics Design Specialist to play a critical role in the development, production, and management of print projects within a new division specializing in helical printing. This dynamic role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and creative vision to support sales, client engagement, and production, ensuring quality and innovation in each project. You will work closely with the marketing and production teams, providing hands-on support and technical expertise to drive customer satisfaction and establish KEVEREST as a leader in direct-to-object printing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Support: Assist the sales team with technical art and design, sample production, and consulting on technical aspects of KEVEREST printing and services.
Graphic Design & Asset Creation: Create and develop graphics and assets for Leadership, Marketing, and Operations.
Project Layout & Prepress:
Develop project layouts, review for potential issues, and create visuals for client review and mechanical PDFs for client approval.
Adjust layouts and images for print production and prepare prepress files according to established and evolving standards.
Production & Quality Assurance: Create and develop 2D and 3D graphic artwork for direct-to-object printing, establishing best practices for file creation and setup. Test machines for quality, capability, and standards via file manipulation.
Collaboration & Communication: Manage client deadlines, collaborate and consult with creative teams and clients, maintain image and file libraries.
Innovation & Process Improvement: Learn technical aspects of KEVEREST Printing machines and develop innovative solutions for expanding capabilities. Establish art standards for production based on productivity, quality, and client expectations.
Marketing & Brand Support: Collaborate with marketing on messaging, visuals, and strategy for print and web. Collaborate with leadership on brand creation, management, and messaging.
Proofreading: Proofread materials as necessary.
Image Editing: Perform image editing as required.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong attention to detail.
Understanding of digital file types, handling, and use for specific outcomes in print production.
Ability to understand and communicate technical and mechanical information effectively.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) in both Mac and PC environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new design skills and trends, keeping the audience in mind.
Experience with vector tracing and an eye for appealing design aesthetics.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant job experience in digital prepress or a similar high-detail graphics role.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods, operate a computer for extended periods, and operate a phone (making and receiving calls, conveying information). Occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or a similar field of study, OR additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a 4-year degree.
Benefits

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Proposal Writer to join our team. This is a highly networked role that requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure and demanding deadlines. As a Proposal Writer, you will play a leading role in ensuring the effective coordination and timely completion of proposals and quotes. You will be heavily involved throughout the Proposal Phase, helping to develop compelling value propositions and articulate win themes and solution narratives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development: Produce professionally written proposal and pitch content that superbly articulates KEVEREST’s value proposition and win themes.
Content Editing & Review: Re-write and edit proposal responses from various stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal, and delivery). Ensure win themes are clearly articulated and meet/exceed client requirements.
Proposal Management Support: Deliver completed written proposal responses to the Proposal Manager against agreed RFP deadlines, escalating issues as required. Assist the Bid/Proposal Manager in developing proposal structures.
Strategic Contribution: Lead storyboarding sessions with bid/proposal team members. Undertake market research for kick-off and solution meetings.
Knowledge Management: Proactively develop and manage a network of subject matter experts. Identify and re-work existing pre-written content where relevant. Present and tag all new proposal content to the Knowledgebase Manager for potential re-use.
Brand & Style Consistency: Work with brand marketing and proposal teams to define the brand style and voice for proposal writing, ensuring consistent application.
Coaching & Communication: Ability to coach sales and solution/SME teams in writing best practices. Communicate and influence at a senior level.
AI Integration (Emerging): Understand the basics of prompt engineering for generative AI and how it can be used for proposal writing, content creation, tone adjustment, and task automation.
Quality Assurance: Exhibit forensic attention to detail and meticulous proofreading skills.

Required Skills & Experience:
Proven skills in writing and editing proposal content within a complex business environment.
Experience leading storyboarding sessions and participating in key review meetings/final document review, content sign-off, and document production.
Excellent written English language skills are essential.
